Operational updates

  • Our call centers remain open to serve you. Being considered an essential business and to provide liquidity to homeowners, our mortgage professionals are available to help. Currently, our hours of operation and service levels have not changed or been impacted so rest assured that we're doing our best to continue to serve you. Hours: 8 am-7 pm PST, Mon-Fri, and 10 am-5 pm PST, Sat.
  • Some loan program guidelines have been impacted. The lending environment has shifted causing loans programs such as FHA, non-conforming, and NQ-Mortgages to be restricted. Some qualifications such as Cash-out, self-employed income, and fico's below 640 (FHA) have been suspended indefinitely. As we navigate through recovery, our hope is to restore loan products to help more consumers in achieving their financial goals.

Beware of scams

Look out for suspicious email and text messages, medical supply scams, and fraudulent donation sites that may impersonate a company, charity, or government agency. The intent is to convince you to share sensitive information such as usernames and passwords, make purchases or donations on spoof websites, or download malware onto your device by opening a malicious attachment. If you receive a suspicious email or text message, don't respond, click on any links, or open attachments. Verify the authenticity of any website before making a purchase or donation.
